Gleaning Life’s Nuggets for Rebuilding Yourself

Topic: As a Child; the Son and Joint-Heir

Text: Galatians 4:1-7; 1 Timothy 1:5-6

Memory Verse: Mark 1:15. And saying, the time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel”

There is a TV commercial in which I heard a mother says “children will always be children”. God saved you when you repented and accepted Christ but doesn’t want you to remain or be stock at babyhood or childhood stage of your life. Instead, He desire/wants you to grow up in Him. Reason are clearly stated in verses 1 & 2 in one of our above text. Even Jesus our Lord though born a child, yet was given to humanity as a Son according to Isaiah 9:6-7. Meaning Jesus grew up to be offered as a Son thus becoming our joint-heir. Likewise we must make every efforts by desiring the sincere milk of God’s word 1 Peter 2:2 to help you grow up Into maturity. The benefits are enormous, it enables you enter into God’s fullness of time when you accept Christ; yield or submit yourself to Him totally and completely by renouncing Worldly lust and sinful lifestyle note verses 4-5. Christ redemptive plan makes our adoption complete in verses 6. Conclusion read 1 Peter 2:2 and Galatians 4:7 below. I bless your day and week and enjoy His life flowing in you in fullness.

1 Peter 2:2 Easy English version. Instead, you should want always to know God more and more. New babies always want their mother’s milk, which makes them grow strong. Like them, you should want true milk, which comes from God. Always want very much to know more about God’s message. That message is like good food that will make you strong In your spirits. It will make you stronger and stronger, so that God will save you completely.

Galatians 4:7 KJV version. Wherefore thou art no more a servant, but a Son; and if a Son, then an heir of God through Christ.
